My name is Lionel Wayne and I am the founder, system designer and creator of this website. This process started about 7 years ago when I decided to buy my first cottage property on Anstruther Lake in north western Ontario. I was attracted by the concept that it was supposed to be easy to turn your vacation home into a second income stream and the possibility of huge “Streams” of income lured me forward into the business.
Then the real world learning started. I closed on my first vacation property and suddenly realized I needed to actually furnish it. Then i had to work out how to actually find people to rent the place and then the big realization hit me… I had to figure out what to do once I actually found someone interested in renting the place. Once I had my first tenant I actually had to drive 2 hours to my cottage to actually let the new tenant into the unit for a weekend rental.
Its been a steep learning curve since then but I decided to make the best of the situation and to create all the tools that I would need in order to better manage my properties and allow me to run my business no matter where I may be located.
This website was designed and created based on my own requirments and the needs of other owners that I have interviewed and spent time with and now you are going to be able to benefit from all this hard work.
