This site caters to a very specific niche market. That niche market of course is the vacation rental industry. It is further possible to identify and reach the separate components within this niche market and they are as follows:
- Property Owners – All individuals that own real estate most often (but not always) offered for rent or sale in the vacation rental market. There may also be owners of mixed use, residential, commercial, and industrial real estate as well but the vast majority will be those with vacation rental properties.
- Property managers – All individuals or companies that manage a portfolio of vacation rental properties on behalf of their owners. This also includes the staff or part time labor that work for them.
- Preferred Contractors – These individuals or companies may operate in any of the following fields. General Contracting, Drywall, Electrical, Plumbing, cleaning, landscaping, disaster repair (Fire, flood, etc) Windows & Doors, Kitchens, etc. Any area of specialization that would be required by owners of Vacation Rental Real Estate.
- Preferred Vendors – These companies service the vacation rental industry by supplying goods or services to the vacation rental industry. This category would include suppliers of cleaning supplies, furniture, electronics, entertainment products, books, etc.
- Professional Services – These firms are used by vacation rental owners for business purposes and would include the following: Legal professionals, financial services , insurance, accountants, architects, and engineering firms. All the firms represented in this category would require special licences in order to operate in their designated fields.
- Inspection, compliance and Quality Control – These individuals or staff inspect and enforce the high standard of excellence that is expected from all the members of the Vacation Property Owners Rental Association.
- Marketing Representatives – This group consists of all the individuals that sell or otherwise market all the services of the Vacation Property Owners Rental Association. This group of representatives may sell any or all the services available on this site and be remunerated for their services accordingly.
- Real Estate Professionals – This group is very specific to those that work as real estate agents or brokers and their respective firms or those companies that finance real estate purchases such as mortgage brokers, private investors and venture capitalists.
- Travel Agents & Agencies – This group of members are all in the travel business.
- Vacation Rental Tenants or Guests – This is probably the broadest group within the Vacation Property Owners Rental Association. these are the people that have stayed or have expressed an interest in staying at any of the properties owned or managed by any member of our association.
- Webmasters – This group of people all run websites that are on specific topics that relate to the vacation rental industry and may be of interest to our members.
This site has been designed with the ability to reach each any or all of the people represented within any of the above groups. Advertising may be targeted and displayed to only those specific groups of people that represent the ideal market of the products or services being advertised. Demographics such as location, and age may also be used to further refine the targeting as well.
Most important is the fact that the cost of this advertising has been kept as economical as possible so that our advertising partners get the best return for their advertising budget.
